We are looking for potential employees for Finance transaction processing positions at a Shared Service Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria.


CREDIT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE with NORWEGIAN


Requirements:

- University degree in Finance / Accounting and Controlling / Business

- Minimum of 2 years Credit Management/Accounts Receivable experience in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment

- Fluency in English, very good working level of Norwegian

- Strong ERP essential, preferably SAP or AS400

- Strong customer service orientation

 

Responsibilities::

- Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc)

- Ensures that Coca-Cola Enterprises policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)

- Reviews and approves (or escalates) credit limit recommendations from CapGemini

- Reviews escalated customer accounts from Order Review Associate to determine why account may be blocked

- Recommends and reviews payment plans for customers and reviews with Sales

- Handles customer queries /disputes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, escalating where necessary

- Escalates key account, sensitive or complex issues to local Credit Management Business Partner for resolution

- Ensures all relevant process flows and desk top procedures are reviewed, updated and approved on a regular basis (at least quarterly)

- Supplies advice on Credit Management processes where required

- Provides support to other team members where required

- Provides feedback to ensure that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner as possible

- Works to ensure the achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal - Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys

- Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
