1. Standard Option - We will do on behalf of Contractor all administrative functions of its business:

  • Legal registration
  • Representation before state and municipal administration and tax offices
  • Representation before banks and other financial institutions
  • Organization of correspondence and business meetings with interested companies
  • Organization of marketing, presentations and advertising campaigns of products and services, offered by the Contractor
  • Organization of travel and accommodation activities of Contractor's employees

2. Extra Option– We will do on behalf of Contractor the following extra activities:

  • Recruitment, selection and training of personnel
  • Organization of office and administrative activities
  • Financial management and accounting services
  • Legal services
